Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm to hire a Franchise Paralegal.

The firm is known for its innovative approach to legal services and strong global platform across corporate, finance, real estate, and litigation practices. With offices across key U.S. and international markets, it serves a diverse client base ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 organizations. It is particularly well regarded for its franchise and regulatory work, advising leading brands on complex, multi-state compliance and transactional matters while fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in both regulatory and transactional franchise work. The team welcomes candidates from either a law firm or in-house legal department who are looking to expand their experience on a national platform.

This role can be based in Orange County or Los Angeles, with a salary range of $110,000-$140,000.

Responsibilities

  • Support franchise compliance efforts, including preparation and updating of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and assisting with multi-state registrations, renewals, and exemptions
  • Draft, review, and revise franchise agreements, amendments, renewals, and related legal documentation
  • Maintain compliance calendars, track deadlines, and manage regulatory filings and document management systems
  • Provide due diligence support for franchise transactions and assist with general corporate legal work, including governance matters

Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of experience in franchise law, corporate law, or regulatory compliance
  • Basic knowledge of corporate governance and entity formation processes required
  • Experience with FDDs and multi-state franchise regulatory filings preferred
  • Background in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting franchising or corporate matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
